Towels
Bathroom towels will be placed in each bedroom for use. There are extra towels in the leather ottoman in the basement.
Toilets
Our house has a septic system – single ply toilet paper only. No chemicals or feminine products or issues/clogging will occur. Thank you!
Hot Tub

Please do not use the hot tub later than 10pm

To open the cover, fold it in half and tilt back slowly.

When done, turn off jets, blower and lights, close cover. Please let us know of any questions.
Pond
The pond on our property is for viewing purposes only. Swimming, boating and fishing are prohibited.
In our kitchen
Our house uses well water. The cold water from the kitchen faucet is filtered. Feel free to use any appliances available.
Air conditioner/heating
Thermostat control is on the main level of the house, just outside the bedroom.
Barn
The barn is secured and is not available for guest use.
Fireplaces
Fireplaces are not to be used by guests.
Exterior lights
There are motion sensor flood lights around the outside of the house. The on/off switches for these lights in the house are protected by switch guards. Do not turn them off.
Security cameras
There are three security cameras on the property. One is on the front of the house pointing at the driveway, one is pointing at the back patio and doors and one is attached to the exterior of the barn.
